Day1 - Senoia to Macon, GA

(For those of you who don't know me very well, I'd like to preface this blog stating that I'm not an overly chatty, wordy type of gal.  I'll do my best to document and narrate these photos the best I can. I hope you enjoy!)

The Pedal for Pets crew rolled out right on time this morning.  Day 1 of 3 very hot days cycling through the beautiful state of Georgia.  We are all riding to support spay and neutering programs throughout Georgia.

Day one consisted of riding through the towns of Zebulon, Barnesville and Forsyth.  The weather was beautiful with some lovely cloud cover!

Here is the PFP crew, just before we rolled out of Senoia and a few other pics of us along the way to Zebulon.

Mid-morning ride us-y!

The first 25 miles went by rather quickly, as we rolled along with the speedsters.  Most of us made it into Zebulon in record time!  There were several riders that experienced some navigation issues, and missed the lovely town of Zebulon.  After making contact with our missing riders and having the assurance my pals would be found, I did a solo ride from Zebulon to Barnesville.

Lunch was awesome at Slices Pizza in Barnesville.

After lunch in Barnesville, fellow pet lovers ride on the way to Forsyth!

The city of Forsyth is simply beautiful and is home to the bulldogs.

Our last rest stop before cruising into Macon.

Home sweet home in Macon, tonight!
